Steps to cancel:
Login to user.dooper.in → Go to "My Bookings"
Select the active booking you want to cancel
Tap "Cancel Booking" → Select reason → Confirm
⚠️ Important:
Cancel before nurse is dispatched → No charges
Cancel after dispatch → Partial cancellation fee may apply
Last-minute cancellations may not be fully refunded
